Cloudy skies with showers and thunderstorms remain in the forecast through the end of the work week... and into the weekend as well.

A broad area of low pressure remains along the West Coast. Around that low pieces of energy called short waves continue to spin inland. That will keep us unsettled.

Friday night into Saturday morning there is a better chance for more widespread light rain.
