Another chilly day Wednesday with snow showers... With a major warm up by the weekend.

From Monday afternoon through Tuesday... we saw temperatures twenty five to thirty five degrees cooler. Those colder temperatures also came with strong winds and snow.

Our Spring cold snap will continue on Wednesday. Morning lows will be in the mid twenties and afternoon highs in the upper forties. With an exiting area of low pressure... we'll continue to see scattered afteroon snow and rain showers here in Western Nevada.

Heavier snow will continue in the central and eastern portion of the Nevada.

For those hungry for a return to warmer Spring weather... it's just around the corner. By Friday high pressure builds across the region with temperatures returning to the low seventies into the weekend.
