Wednesday morning we had early morning lows in the 20°s on the valley floor and in the teens in the Sierra. It is that time of year, but I have heard several people complain. I totally understand but...and it is a big but... These cold temperatures have allowed many of the slopes to start making snow. You combine that with what mother nature has already provided and we are ready to hit the slopes.

This coming weekend we could see a few more snow showers in the higher elevations, and rain showers on the valley floor. But it doesn't look like we should see heavy rain/snow, so getting to the slopes shouldn't be a problem.
