Local police agencies are reporting several spinouts and crashes on city streets and highways throughout northern Nevada, but no major injuries have been reported.

School Closures and Delays

The biggest storm of the season has moved through Reno this morning. A mixed bag of cold, warm, rain and snow are left for the rest of the week.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for most of Western Nevada from 1 am Wednesday until 10 am. Expect a slick morning commute. Into the afternoon... the snow will taper off to showers with chilly afternoon highs.
