Big warming trend into next weekend.

Snow showers Saturday morning... and cool heading into the afternoon. A warming trend starts on Sunday... with highs climbing back into the seventies late next week.

We have heavy snow in the Sierra and snow showers on the valley floor. The snow is sticking around for a while, but the end of the weekend is looking up.

There is a spring snow storm moving in. Sierra roads will be a mess for the next few days with snow down to the valley floor eventually.

Mainly cloudy, cool and breezy Thursday with rain showers and mountain snow. A Winter Storm Watch for the Lake Tahoe area is in effect from Thursday PM through Friday evening.

I few isolated rain showers possible through the day. A bigger storm moves through Thursday through Friday. There is already a winter storm watch.

Mainly cloudy with rain showers Wednesday... and a chance for isolated thunderstorms. A stronger system makes its way into the mountains on Thursday.
