We see a bit of a break from the strong wind gusts today, still breezes of about 20mph can be expected. Temperatures are also slowly cooling over the next two days.
By the time Friday rolls around the weather takes a turn. Temperatures will struggle to get out of the 50°s with a good chance for rain on the valley floor. Campers beware, by Friday night there will be light snow in the Sierra.
By the end of the holiday weekend the sun comes out and the temperatures are once again on the rise.
