RENO, NV - High pressure will remain overhead through the week, keeping the heat with us. Moisture is also on the increase, with monsoonal flow coming up from the southeast around the back side of that high. The combination of heat and moisture, along with a couple weak, passing systems, will keep a chance of showers and T-storms in the forecast over the next few days. By Friday, a drier, southwesterly flow will start to build into the area to end the thunderstorm threat for the weekend. -Jeff
