RENO, NV - As an area of low pressure pulls out of the region overnight, a few showers are still a possibility, followed by clearing after midnight. Temperatures will warm 8-10 degrees above Tuesday's highs by afternoon. A system approaching Thursday and moving through the Pacific Northwest by Friday, will increase clouds and wind. By the weekend, partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies will return under high pressure. Mother's Day looks good weather-wise this year, with partly cloudy skies and valley highs warming to around average for mid-May. -Jeff
