RENO, NV - A slow moving storm weakens as it approaches the Truckee Meadows today. Wind will gust up to about 35mph. Combine the wind with low relative humidity and you see an increase in fire danger. The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for western Nevada until 8pm tonight.
Trick or treating will be windy but dry. Any chance for wet weather will wait until after midnight in Reno. Even then I only expect a few drops of rain on the valley floor.
