RENO, NV - A storm system stays put off the coast of northern California. That means the wet weather stays west of the Truckee Meadows. Breezes will crank back up this afternoon. Reno should expect gusts up to 25-30mph. Temperatures stay 5° - 10° cooler than average with highs in the mid 80°s for the next couple of afternoons.
