RENO, NV - High clouds have moved into the Truckee Meadows. Despite the clouds, we are going to warm up. There will be some breezes this afternoon at about 25mph. As the front gets closer overnight, the wind will pick up.
There is a wind advisory overnight until 7am. Reno could see gusts up to 45mph with gusts around 60mph in the more wind prone areas of western Nevada.
Cold air is behind the wind. Wednesday will start out relatively mild, but will not warm up much as we go through the day. Wednesday and Thursday night will both be below freezing.
