RENO, NV - A trough of low pressure will dig into the region through Tuesday night. Breezy conditions and scattered rain and snow showers will result, with a few isolated t-storms Tuesday afternoon. While snow may mix briefly with rain down to valley floors early Tuesday morning, accumulation will be light and above 6000', where only a few slushy inches are expected. Temperatures will dip below average through midweek, followed by a warming trend. -Jeff
