RENO, NV - Expect gusts today around 35mph. By tonight a wind advisory goes into effect and the foothills outside of town could see winds as high as 70mph.
Wet weather is also moving into the Sierra. There is a winter weather advisory that starts this afternoon and ends Wednesday afternoon. Locations above 7000' could see 4" - 8" of snow. Donner pass should be a little sloppy but not totally snow covered.
