Thursday FIRST ALERT Daybreak Web Weather

RENO, NV - There is a Wind Advisory on the valley floor. Expect gusts from 30 - 50mph in western Nevada. As far as snow goes, Reno will not see much. Isolated snow showers are possible all day but less than 1/2" of snow is expected throughout the Truckee Meadows.

The Winter Storm Warning continues for the Sierra Nevada. The snow isn't as heavy as yesterday but mountain roads will be hazardous all day.
