RENO, NV - Another storm system will push into the Pacific Northwest and start to impact our weather on Thursday. Clouds and wind will increase by afternoon and evening, with a chance of showers mainly north of I-80 Thursday night. Friday will be partly cloudy and breezy, ahead of a cold front that will drop into the state on Saturday. This will keep the wind blowing and temperatures below average for the weekend. Some spots may see a shower Saturday into Saturday night with the front. While Mother's Day will be a little warmer, it will still be cooler than average for mid-May. Much warmer weather will come our way starting on Monday. -Jeff
