RENO, NV - Light snow showers will continue in the Sierra through Thursday, although more than a few inches of accumulation is not expected. Valleys will stay breezy and cool with a chance at afternoon showers. After a brief break, another storm will sag into the region Friday night. This system will have a strong moisture tap, making higher precipitation totals likely into Saturday-Saturday night. As the weather will stay unsettled through Sunday, carry chains over the passes. -Jeff
