RENO, NV - The ridge of high pressure that has dominated our weather lately will break down gradually over the weekend. This will mean breezy conditions, more high clouds, and temperatures cooling into the 70s for valley highs by Sunday. A cold front, and associated area of low pressure, will push into the region Monday and bring a period of cooler weather with a chance of showers starting Monday night. Temperatures will dip below average through midweek. -Jeff
