RENO, NV - We have a very active 7-day forecast. Tomorrow morning will be the coldest morning of the week. By Tuesday afternoon we will see gusts up to about 25mph. Wednesday warms up, but the wind gets even stronger.
By Wednesday night we see a slight chance for rain and snow but most of the moisture will be further north. Friday afternoon the bigger storm moves in. We will start very warm with rain on the valley floor and even rain in the mountains up to about 8000-9000ft. The rain snow line drops as we go into Saturday morning. Friday night into Saturday morning we could see significant travel concerns in the Sierra Nevada.
