For the third day in a row we will see record breaking temperatures. Temperatures won't be quite as hot as yesterday (90° in Reno) but close.

By the early afternoon isolated showers should develop. Scattered rain and thunderstorms are possible late this afternoon through the early evening. Wind will not be widespread, but if you get caught under one of these storms you could see strong wind gusts. Severe storms with gusts up to 60mph are possible.
