In Atlanta severe weather moved in Thursday night. At least seven people in the state were hurt with thousands of poeple losing power. Heavy rain caused streams and river to spill over their banks flooding some areas.

A small tornado touched down in Alabama yesterday toppling 50 trees along just one road. The twister ran for a mile and a half and damaged two homes. Though the tornado was on the ground for a long time, it was only classified as an F-0.
