The northeastern part of New Mexico had to issue a blizzard warning as a result of a storm that is now moving through Texas and Oklahoma. In Edgewood New Mexico state police were forced to shut down several major roads.
The heavy snow made it to Oklahoma last night. Some roadways had to be closed because of the snow and the high number of accidents. The National Weather Service has been forecasting one to one and a half feet of snow.
