Extreme Weather

We aren't seeing much fresh snow around Tahoe, but that isn't the case in Oregon. Timberline got dumped on with several inches of snow. Many skiers there plan to spend the entire weekend on the slopes after start ski season very slow.

Heavy rain on the south island of New Zealand is keeping the area under a state of emergency. The rushing water has forced many residents out of their homes. Some people had to stand on their roof to wait and be rescued. Even more homes are completely isolated from the outside wold after streets turned into rivers.
