KOLO-TV has an immediate, full-time opening for a Multi-Media Journalist. The person we hire will be a video storyteller who can not only shoot great video but gather and write the story. This Multi-media Journalist will shoot, write, edit and deliver the story online and on the air. If you're ready for a challenging career with one of the most progressive broadcasters in the business, show us your best work.
Must have: ability to work well in high stress environment under deadline pressure, flexibility to work nights, weekends and changing schedules, ability to carry 50 lbs of equipment under field conditions. College degree in Broadcast Journalism or its equivalent is preferred. Experience with Panasonic DVC and P2 cameras, non-linear editing and ENPS newsroom computers is helpful.
Must have a valid Driver's License with a good driving record. Employment contingent of successfully passing drug screen and driving record check.
