Pleasant Valley Construction Fatality

Construction Accident

Investigators are continuing an investigation into a construction accident on a bridge being built for a new freeway in Pleasant Valley. A road grader rolled down a steep embankment killing the operator.
The driver was found on the hillside and the vehicle was for at the bottom near Galena Creek.
A Careflight helicopter was called in but the driver was pronounced dead on the scene. The accident is under investigation.
