Joe Harrington has always known he wanted to be a journalist.
Joe comes to Reno from Eureka, California where he was a reporter/morning anchor for KIEM-TV. Prior to that, he worked as a reporter or anchor for several television stations in the Midwest.
He graduated from Kent State University, Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Broadcast News.
Joe's career highlights include: covering a magnitude 7.2 earthquake, reporting on wildfires between Eureka and Redding and interviewing President Jimmy Carter in Nevada.
Proud to now call Nevada "home," Joe enjoys spending his free time outdoors in the state's beautiful mountains.
At KOLO-TV, Joe aims to continue to tell stories that make a difference in the community.
