Nevada Falls 3-0 At #5 Hawai'i

Posted: 09/25/2010 - HONOLULU – The University of Nevada (6-7, 0-1 WAC) volleyball team lost 3-0 at #5 Hawai`i (12-1, 2-0 WAC) on Friday night at the Stan Sheriff Center by scores of 25-19, 25-18 and 25-20. The loss was the Western Athletic Conference opener for the Wolf Pack and they are now 6-7 on the season. The Rainbow Wahine improved to 2-0 in conference play and is 12-1 overall.

Nevada Volleyball Wins Wolf Pack Invitational

Posted: 09/11/2010 - RENO, Nev. – The University of Nevada (6-3) volleyball needed a sweep and got it defeating Pacific (6-2) by scores of 26-24, 27-25 and 25-21 to win the Wolf Pack Invitational sponsored by Ramada and Best Western Airport Plaza. The Wolf Pack, Pacific and Arizona all went 2-1 but Nevada won the tiebreaker after winning in three sets today. It was the second tournament title in a row for the Pack after winning the Nevada Invitational last weekend.
