RENO, Nev. – The University of Nevada soccer team will play four matches this Spring, head coach Dr. Melissa Price announced Tuesday.
“The Spring season is about player development,” Price said. “Our players are already demonstrating an increased level of desire to improve and become excellent. Our Spring matches will be a welcomed challenge and an avenue for us to express our evolution to success.”
The Wolf Pack will begin its preseason schedule with a contest against the Nevada Men’s Club team on April 6 at Mackay Stadium. Nevada will hit the road for a doubleheader on the campus of USF on April 13, as the team will face Cal at 1 p.m., and Sonoma at 4 p.m.
The team will return to Mackay Stadium on April 20 to take on Cal State Stanislaus at 2 p.m., before closing out the schedule at home with the yearly meeting against the Nevada Soccer Alumni team on April 27 at 2 p.m.
