CHICAGO - Former Wolf Pack conerback Isaiah Frey was released by the Bears on Friday.
Frey was drafted in the seventh round of this year's NFL Draft. He had 141 tackles and seven interceptions over four seasons at Nevada. He was first-team all-WAC as a senior after leading the Wolf Pack with five interceptions to go along with 37 tackles.
Michael Wright of ESPN Chicago reports that Frey will be added to their practice squad. He'll make $5,700 per week.
