Nevada Wins Big in Exhibition Game

RENO - The Wolf Pack basketball team routed Montana Tech 98-57 in its exhibition game Monday night.

Jerry Evans Jr. led the Wolf Pack with a game-high 28 points and 11 rebounds. Deonte Burton added 12 points, while UTEP transfer Michael Perez scored 10 points and dished out seven assists in his Nevada debut.

Freshman guard Patrick Conroy scored nine points off the bench, while JC transfer Lucas Stivrins and senior Ali Fall also added nine points each.

The Wolf Pack hit 11 of 26 three-point attempts in the win.

They host Pacific on Friday night in the season-opener. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:05pm at Lawlor Events Center.
