Former Wolf Pack star defensive end Dontay Moch was released by the Cincinnati Bengals on Saturday.
Moch spent two injury-riddled years with the team. He appeared in just one game, being placed on the injured reserve both seasons.
A broken foot ended his rookie year. He was then suspended the first four games of last season for a violation of the league's substance abuse policy. He was eventually placed on the IR with reoccurring migraine headaches.
Moch was a third-round pick in the 2011 NFL Draft. He was the WAC Defensive Player of the Year his senior season. He set the all-time conference record with 61 career tackles for loss. His 30 career sacks rank second all-time at Nevada.
