NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Former Wolf Pack cornerback Khalid Wooten was released by the Titans on Saturday in their final round of cuts.
Wooten was a sixth round pick by Tennessee in this year's NFL draft, number 202 overall.
The 5-foot-11 and 205 pound Wooten had 53 tackles, a sack and a pair of interceptions his senior season at Nevada. He had 10 career interceptions and returned two of them for touchdowns. He also returned kickoffs and punts at Nevada, being named to the All-Conference second team as a senior.
