Former Wolf Pack graduate assistant coach Ashley Lelie has been hired as the wide receivers coach at Alabama A&M.
Lelie spent last season with the Wolf Pack. He was a star receiver at Hawai'i, being selected in the first round of the 2002 NFL Draft. He played seven years in the NFL.
Lelie follows James Spady to Alabama A&M. Spady was hired as the Bulldogs head coach in December. He had been at Nevada for four years, working as the Pack's co-offensive line and tight ends coach.
Alabama A&M is a FCS program that went 4-8 last season in the Southwest Athletic Conference.
