LEBANON, Ohio (AP) - A competency hearing for former Wolf Pack player Kirk Snyder has been delayed after a judge in southwest Ohio was told Snyder is being uncooperative.

A doctor assigned to evaluate Snyder told Warren County Common
Pleas Judge Neal Bronson Friday that he isn't cooperating. The doctor recommends that the 25-year-old Snyder be moved to a behavioral center for further evaluation.

Snyder faces aggravated burglary, assault and felonious assault charges stemming from a March break-in at a neighbor's home.

Snyder's attorney has filed documents saying Snyder isn't competent to stand trial and is not guilty by reason of insanity.

Snyder played for the Jazz, the Hornets, the Rockets and the
Timberwolves before spending last season playing in China.
