Ryan Leaf Indicted On Drug & Burglary Charges

The indictment was handed up Wednesday in Canyon. It charged the 33-year-old former San Diego Chargers quarterback and former West Texas A&M quarterbacks coach with one count of burglary to a habitation, seven counts of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud and delivery of a simulated controlled substance.

Honolulu, Hawaii – The University of Nevada (25-30) baseball team fell 5-3 to San Jose State(40-18) in the first round of the 2009 NAPA Auto Parts Western Athletic Conference Baseball Tournament being hosted by the University of Hawai`i at Les Murakami Stadium in Honolulu, Hawaii. With the loss the Wolf Pack are 25-30 while Spartans improved to 40-18.
