RENO, Nev. - Wolf Pack sophomore cornerback Charles Garrett was arrested on Sunday for being a minor in possession of alcohol and an obstruction charge for providing a false statement. Both are misdemeanor charges.
Garrett, 20, started 10 games for Nevada this season, racking up 35 tackles and an interception. He also had 11 passes defended.
It's his first off-the-field legal issue while at Nevada. He's likely facing a one-game suspension, which he would serve in next year's season-opener.
