GELSENKIRCHEN, Germany (AP) - German soccer team Schalke will unveil a memorial plaque in front of its stadium to honor nine Jewish club members and supporters who perished in the Holocaust.
The Bundesliga club says the plaque will be unveiled Jan. 30. Players scheduled to attend include captain Benedikt Hoewedes, Christoph Metzelder and Julian Draxler.
