Report: Nevada Receives Verbal Commitment from High School QB

ARLINGTON, Texas - The Dallas Morning News is reporting that Arlington Seguin high school quarterback Kelton Moore has given his verbal commitment to Nevada.

Moore, 6-foot, 205 pounds, was named the District 15-4A MVP this past season, passing for 1,711 yards and 12 touchdowns. He also ran for 2,117 yards and 30 rushing touchdowns.

He was recruited as a defensive back, and is expected to play safety at Nevada.

The commitment won't become official until Moore signs his letter of intent. National Signing Day is Wednesday.
