Report: Louisiana Tech Interested in Nevada's James Spady

RENO, Nev. - Wolf Pack assistant coach James Spady is drawing interest from Louisiana Tech.

FootballScoop.com is reporting that La Tech plans to hire him as their offensive line coach. Spady has spent the last three seasons as the co-offensive line and tight ends coach at Nevada.

Spady refuted the report via twitter.

"Footballscoop erroneously posted that I have been hired to coach the OL at LaTech. This is inaccurate. I haven't been offered a job. "

Spady was one of two finalists for the head coaching job at Southern University earlier this month.
