PROVO, Utah - BYU junior linebacker Kyle Van Noy was named a second team All-American by CBSSports.com on Monday.
Van Noy had 43 tackles and had 11.5 sacks this season, two shy of the nation's leader.
He is considering leaving college early for the NFL Draft. ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. lists him as the fifth best junior outside linebacker prospect in the draft.
Van Noy was the Sports Caravan Player of the Year his senior season at McQueen high school.
