The Pawtucket Red Sox beat the Charlotte Knights 4-1 on Thursday night to win their first Governor's Cup title in 28 years.
The PawSox completed the sweep, winning the International League Championship Series three games to none.
Pawtucket will take on the winner of the Pacific Coast League Championship Series on Tuesday in the Triple-A National Championship Game in Durham, N.C.
The Reno Aces are tied with the Omaha Storm Chasers 1-1 in the best of five game series. Game 3 of the PCL Championship is tomorrow night in Omaha.
