Pack Recruit Fenner Named State Player of the Year

SEATTLE - Wolf Pack basketball recruit D.J. Fenner was named the Washington State Player of the Year by the Seattle Times.

The 6-foot-6 guard was the second-leading scorer in the area, averaging 27.3 points per game. He scored more than 30 nine times, and 40 twice. He only failed to reach 20 points three times all season.

Fenner was also selected as the Metro League Player of the Year. He led Seattle Prep to a 21-9 overall record and a sixth place finish at the state tournament this season.

He has already signed his letter of intent to play basketball for the Wolf Pack next season.
