Nevada's Ouvrard Named Tennis Player of the Year

RENO, Nev. – Victor Ouvrard added another honor to his impressive senior campaign on Tuesday, as he was awarded the ITA Mountain Region Senior Player of the Year.

Ouvrard finished the season with a 24-5 record through 2013-14, while compiling a 19-1 mark in dual action. He was undefeated in conference play, including the Mountain West Championships, at 7-0. Earlier this year, Ouvrard was named the Mountain West Men’s Tennis Player of the Year, while also earning MW All-Conference honors for singles and doubles.

Ouvrard, along with Robert Allan, will represent the Wolf Pack at the NCAA National Doubles Championships in Athens, Ga., when the tournament begins on May 21.
