RENO - Wolf Pack running back Stefphon Jefferson has been named to the CBSSports.com Midseason All-American team. He's one of just two running backs in the country to make this list.
Jefferson is leading the country with 1,140 yards rushing and 14 touchdowns. He's also tops in rushing yards per game, averaging 162.86.
Jefferson was named the Mountain West Conference Player of the Week for his performance at UNLV. He ran for 185 yards and three touchdowns in the win over the Rebels. He's been honored by the conference three times this year already.
