RENO, Nev. -- Two of the Nevada football team’s non-conference games for the 2013 season have shifted dates, the school announced today.
Nevada’s non-conference game at home against UC Davis has moved from Sept. 14 to Sept. 7. And Nevada’s game at Florida State, previously scheduled for Sept. 21, has been shifted to Sept. 14 in Tallahassee.
The Wolf Pack opens the season on Aug. 31 at UCLA and will now begin the season with three non-conference games in a row instead of having either an open week or the possibility of a conference game in week two. Nevada’s final non-conference game is Nov. 30 at home against BYU.
Nevada’s home and away opponents for Mountain West games are known and the dates for those games are expected to be finalized in the coming weeks.
