Nevada Beats Boise State in Double OT

The Wolf Pack knocked off Boise State 83-81 in double overtime on Wednesday night.

Deonte Burton led Nevada with 25 points, six rebounds and eight assists. Michael Perez scored 17 points, and Jerry Evans Jr. chipped in 15 points and seven rebounds. Marqueze Coleman added 12 points off the bench.

The win moves Nevada (14-16, 9-8 MWC) into a tie with the Broncos for fourth place in the Mountain West standings. A Wyoming loss on Saturday, or a Nevada win, would give the Wolf Pack a first round bye in the Mountain West Tournament.

Nevada wraps up the regular season on Saturday at home against UNLV (19-11, 10-7 MWC). Tip-off is scheduled for 7:05pm. Seniors Burton, Evans and Ali Fall will be honored before tip-off as part of Senior Night.
