Recent snow and great snow-making weather will allow Mt. Rose to open with top to bottom terrain available for those looking to ski and ride for Thanksgiving weekend.
Reno's closest resort will start up operations on Wednesday November 21st with the following lifts open:
Northwest Magnum 6
Lakeview
Ponderosa
Galena
And the these runs ready to go for skiers and riders:
Upper Northwest
Kit Carson Bowl
Ramsey's
Ponderosa, Galena & Around the World
Select face runs (not groomed)
At least for the first few days only the main lodge will be open. As of yet, there are no definite dates for the Slide lodge and terrain.
