SAN DIEGO - The Wolf Pack football team has received the verbal commitment of a junior college All-American.
East County Sports.com is reporting that Ian Seau has decommitted from San Diego State and plans to play for Nevada beginning next season.
The Grossmont College defensive end had 19 sacks for the Griffins last season. He originally committed to Kansas State out of La Costa Canyon High School.
Seau, the nephew of the late NFL star Junior Seau, is rated as a three-star recruit by Rivals.com.
He will have three years of eligibility left at Nevada.
