Reno, Nev.— Outfielder Ender Inciarte has been recalled by the Arizona Diamondbacks, and will join the team in Arizona, the Reno Aces in conjunction with the Arizona Diamondbacks announced today.
Inciarte will be making his Major-League debut with the Diamondbacks. He will be the third Aces player to make his Major-League debut this season, and the fourth overall to play with Arizona.
Inciarte is currently among the Pacific Coast League-leaders in at-bats (109, 1st), outfield assists (5, 1st), runs (22, T-3rd), hits (34, T-5th) and stolen bases (7, T-5th). His eight-game hitting streak is also tied for fourth in the league among active hitting streaks.
In a corresponding move, the Diamondbacks have optioned outfielder Roger Kieschnick to the Reno Aces. Kieschnick, who was recalled on April 24, started one game for Arizona and appeared in three others as a pinch-hitter.
Kieshnick was hitting .281 with three home runs and eight RBI in 18 games for Reno before being recalled.
