Former Pack WR Matthews Has Career Night in NFL

MIAMI - Former Wolf Pack wide receiver Rishard Matthews enjoyed a career-night in the Dolphins' 22-19 loss to the Buccaneers on Monday Night Football.

Matthews caught a career-high 11 passes for 120 yards and a pair of touchdowns. They are the first two TD's of his three-year NFL career.

According to ESPN Stats and Info, Matthews joins Kelvin Martin (1988 Cowboys) as only players whose first two career TD catches came on Monday Night Football.

He only had 10 catches for 117 yards total in the Dolphins first eight games this season.

Matthews was a 7th round pick by Miami back in the 2012 NFL Draft.
