Fallon, Yerington, Battle Mountain, and Virginia City Reach Baseball Finals

The Reno Huskies came up one run short Friday night, as they saw their season come to an end with an 11-10 loss to Centennial.

The Bulldogs will face Liberty in the Division I state title game Saturday.

In Division I-A, Fallon will take on Faith Lutheran after beating South Tahoe 11-1. The Greenwave will have to beat the Crusaders twice in order to win the championship.

The Yerington Lions blanked Battle Mountain 2-0 to reach the Division III title game. The Lions will face the Longhorns again, with Battle Mountain needing two wins to take the crown..

And in Division IV, the Virginia City Muckers edged Wells 8-6 to reach the championship game. VC will see Wells once again, with the Leopards needing two victories to win the title.
